Your rate for a pay period is set at the end of that period, from the weekend days you completed work. It applies to everything you earned in that period. Nothing is ever deducted or taken back.
The Moneymaker 💸
Fleet Access
- When you're here
- You complete work on every Saturday and Sunday in the pay period.
- Van
- A Company van allocated to you while you're at Fleet Access — and you pick where it parks at night.
- Best for
- Going all-in and building real volume.
Your rate for a pay period is set at the end of that period, from the weekend days you completed work. It applies to everything you earned in that period. Nothing is ever deducted or taken back.
Vans stay Company-owned and assigned; no specific unit is guaranteed.
Pay periods run the 1st–15th and the 16th to the end of the month.
You're never required to work a weekend. Choosing not to doesn't affect your standing with us — it just sets your rate for that period.
Days that weren't your call don't count against you. If you asked for work in the app and none was offered, no van was available after you requested one, or a job you accepted got cancelled — that day comes out of the count.

How the money works
Simple. Same math, every time.
( Service $175 − $20 Access Fee ) × 40%
= $62 net to you
The $20 per-pet access fee is what you pay to use our van, our equipment, our booking system, and our client flow. Move up a tier and you keep a bigger slice.
💛 Tips are 100% yours. We never touch them, and they're never part of the split.
📅 You invoice us — we settle on the 1st and the 15th.
